Delete Your Account

You can ask us to delete your FastHandsNow account and the personal data associated with it at any time, for any reason. You do not need to give a reason, and you do not need to have the app installed.

How to request deletion

Send an email to fasthandsnow@gmail.com with the subject Account deletion request
Include the phone number registered on your FastHandsNow account, so we can identify it
We will send a one-time verification code to that phone number to confirm the request came from you
Once you confirm, we delete the account

You can send this request whether or not you still have the app installed, and there is no charge.

We verify every request against the registered phone number before deleting anything. This protects you from someone else deleting your account, your job history and your ratings.

What happens, and when

Your account is deactivated as soon as the request is verified — you are signed out, your profile stops being visible to other users, and workers stop receiving your jobs. Your personal data is then permanently erased within 30 days.

What we delete

Your name, phone number and email address
Your profile photo
Any identity document you uploaded for worker verification, including the Aadhaar card image
Your saved addresses and all stored location coordinates
Your skills, service categories and travel range
Your in-app messages
Your push notification tokens
The ratings and reviews you wrote, and your worker verification status

What we keep, and why

Anything we retain is kept only for the reason stated and is not used to contact you or to build a profile of you.

Before you delete

Deletion is permanent. We cannot restore an account, its job history or its ratings once it is erased.
Finish or cancel any job that is still in progress first — deleting your account does not settle an outstanding payment.
If you were a verified worker, signing up again later means going through identity verification again.
