This Privacy Policy explains how FastHandsNow Technologies Private Limited ("FastHandsNow", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares, retains and deletes your personal data when you use the FastHandsNow mobile application (package name com.fasthandsnow.app) and related services.
It applies to both roles in the app: customers who post jobs, and workers who accept them.
FastHandsNow is an on-demand labour marketplace operating in India. We connect customers seeking short-term help with workers who provide it. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), we act as the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described below.

We collect only the data listed here. We do not collect anything else, and we do not buy personal data about you from third parties.

We do not collect: your contacts, your calendar, your microphone or call audio, your SMS messages, your browsing activity outside the app, your precise location while the app is closed or in the background, or your card, UPI or bank account numbers.
You can withdraw any of these permissions at any time in your device's Android settings.
To be verified as a worker, you upload a photograph of your Aadhaar card. Please read this section carefully.
You are never required to become a worker. If you use FastHandsNow only as a customer, we never ask for an identity document.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with data brokers or advertising networks, and we do not use it to serve you ads.
We share personal data only with the service providers below, only to the extent each one needs it, and only so that the app can function. Each is bound to process the data on our instructions.

We also share information between users where the service requires it. When a worker accepts your job, that worker sees the job address, your name, your phone number and your messages; you see the worker's name, photo, rating, phone number and messages. Either of you can call the other directly from the app, which means your phone number is visible to the person you are working with. This is necessary so that you can coordinate the job, and we do not share your phone number with anyone else.
We may disclose data to law enforcement, regulators or courts where we are legally required to do so, or where it is necessary to protect someone's safety.

You can request deletion of your FastHandsNow account and personal data at any time, and you do not need to have the app installed to do so.

No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as required by law.
FastHandsNow is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, email fasthandsnow@gmail.com and we will delete it.
Your data is processed on infrastructure operated by the providers named in section 6, which may store or process data outside India. Where that happens, we rely on those providers' contractual data-protection commitments and transfer data only to countries not restricted under the DPDP Act.
We may update this policy. If a change materially affects how we handle your data, we will notify you in the app or by SMS before it takes effect, and we will update the date at the top of this page.
